Accuracy
Was the determination correct against the reviewed source material?
Legal software for consumers, solo practitioners, small law firms, small businesses, and independent workers needs innovation. Legacy giants build complex enterprise extraction machines that lock people out. Our tools make legal, regulatory, compliance and technology faster, more affordable, and more impactful.
Want to see one of our lighter products in action now? Klaritee Focus brings a small portion of the broader architecture into a practical product you can use today.

The Charter Council is the inaugural team of legal practitioners helping shape the deterministic standard for contract wisdom. Members will work directly with Resonance Labs to validate detector accuracy, push back on calibration decisions, and represent the practitioner voice in how this engine evolves. We are looking for top attorneys and innovators in contract-heavy practice who believe legal-tech should be defensible, reproducible, and built with practitioners at the table.
APPLYWe are selecting two law firms to become the founding legal partners of Resonance Labs. The arrangement is intentionally simple. Your firm works directly with us as the contract systems evolve. You give us practitioner insight, challenge what needs challenging, test what is useful, and help us understand where legal teams actually need better tools.
In return, your firm receives full access to the Resonance Labs legal tools at no cost for as long as we remain partners, along with early access to new capabilities, direct access to our team, and a meaningful voice in what gets built next. There is no consulting obligation, no required hours, and no hidden commercial arrangement. When your attorneys have time and something worth contributing, we work together.
We are looking for firms that want a long-term relationship and believe the legal profession should have a direct hand in shaping the systems being built for it.
BECOME A FOUNDING FIRMPublic Calibration Validation is being designed as an open evaluation community for Resonance Labs contract systems. The objective is simple, expose the determination, expose the supporting information, record disagreement, and improve the system from observed results.
The public release will be built around measurable findings, reproducible evaluations, and visible corrections.
We the people of Legal Tech Software,
in order to form a better product, establish validation, calibration, deterministic transparency, provide for the common defense, promote the general participation, and solidify the market of evidentiary contract Compliance & Governance for all communities.
Was the determination correct against the reviewed source material?
Does the same information produce the same determination when the evaluation is repeated?
Can every finding be traced to the exact information that caused it?
Where do findings, severity, or evidence relationships need to be corrected or refined?
Determinism is engineered through structure, intense failure, torture trials, maniacal modifications, new schemas, and unique Logic Standards. RESEARCH →
The Open Consumer Market: For the first time, consumers, small businesses, and independent workers can access engineered, mathematically locked software for General contracts, MSA's, NDA's, SaaS License, Non-compete, and Vendor/Procurement agreements.
Zero-Hallucination Guardrails: Unlike mainstream B2B legal bots that rely on probabilistic AI (which guesses the next word and can introduce hidden liabilities), Resonance Labs operates on a strictly deterministic engine. What you lock in is mathematically guaranteed to execute exactly as written.
The Permanent Verification Ledger: Every contract generates an immutable, tamper-proof SHA-256 hash. Anyone can instantly verify the integrity of the agreement, its character-offset source anchoring, and its execution logic without paying an intermediary.
Comparison based on publicly documented contract-product capabilities. Funding reflects publicly reported financing to date. A dash means no public equivalent was identified for the specific capability listed.
